Chef Franz and Chef Kyte now offer personal chef services and catering. With our new mobile kitchen, we can set up inside or outside and service banquets, corporate events, or private functions. Currently you may find us at some of the local festivals and events throughout Central Florida. If you see Chef Franz, please stop and say Hi!
Meet Chef Franz Online
We have just finished creating our Introduction video with Chef Franz. In this video Chef Franz briefly introduces himself and explains our online show concept.  The Plant City Bikefest
Each month we can be found at the Plant City Bikefest and at other bike shows in Florida such as the annual Ybor Bike Show and at the quarterly Lakeland Bike shows.

 New Recipes from One Drop Gourmet Hot Sauce
Recently we've met with the folks over at One Drop Gourmet Hot Sauce and are glad to be offering links over to some great recipes they have provided for their line of great hot sauces.
One Drop Hot Sauce is bottled in Central Florida and can be found on many grocers shelves. The also have a Great information website with ingredient information as well as their recipes.

A Great Simple meal that takes just minutes to create. Ingredients include Lean Beef, Fat-Free Breakstone's Sour Cream, rice and just a few other quick to make ingredients. Add to this recipe Steamed vegetables and you have a great healthy quick meal.
